How do you make sure a factory is reliable?
We visit factories in person, check business licences and export certifications, and run our own quality control before anything ships. Being British-founded and based in China means verification happens on the ground — not over email.
How long do samples take?
Usually a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on how much customisation is involved. We inspect every sample in person before it's sent to you.
Do you handle shipping to the UK and EU?
Yes — we arrange freight from the factory and keep you updated until it arrives. For import duties and customs in your country, we'll point you to the right guidance.
How do you charge?
Two ways: a transparent commission when you buy direct from the factory, or a single all-in price when we supply the finished product under our own invoice. No hidden markup either way.
